This is a great record.Clever and funny lyrics. That is if you´re a swede and can understand them of course.Since I am I do , and I only wish all of you music lovers out there could share my love of the lyrics and the music. This whole album has a lot of Steely Dan feel all over it and here you can find George Wadenius. This swedish guitarist was a member of Blood Sweat & Tears in the early seventies and later was a member of the 1993 incarnation of the Steely Dan touring band heard on the "Alive in America"Live album. The Albino album is a great one for those who were happy enough to find it !
I can agree with Mikael's comments, this is a very nice album with a laid-back, breezy LA feel to it, no doubt much thanks to Wadenius' involvement. Although I have to add one thing: If you're a Steely Dan fan (like myself), you won't need to listen to track 2, "Smällar Man Får Ta", for long to realize which 'Dan song the Albino guys have used as a blueprint.
