The Bacon Brothers have put out some great music. Michael has a James Taylorish voice and his brother Kevin has a voice that can, well...do just about anything. They sing about real life happy times, hard times, funny times and love. Michael is a talented composer and puts his talent to work on this c/d. During this recording many other great instruments were used, violins the hammond organ, etc...reminding me of the way Frank Zappa, Bonnie Raitt and Van Morrison also bring in other musicians for their recordings. This c/d has a lot to offer. Kevin's songwriting is deeper than the previous CD's and he is very creative. Grace is a great song. Baby Steps is a lot of fun. I rated 5 stars because The more I listen the more I like and I like it a lot already. The entire band is very Talented. This one is a keeper! Enjoy...Leslie
