This is my favourite Russ Ballard record. Very westcoast songs/style and the best musicans from L.A.( nearly all Toto members plays on the album). Nice guitar solo on Cast the spirit and treat her right is so smooth.
A really good westcoastrecord.Packed with good songs, good harmonies, and - ofcourse - good musicians. Russ Ballards vocals reminds me somtimes of Donald Fagan, and so does some of his songs on this record.If you need to relax after a hard day at work, why not listen to "Treat her right" - song number 3. This is a really "must have" for westcoast fans - especially those who loves Fagan...
