Claes Corin grew up on the Swedish westcoast between Helsingborg in the south, and Gothenburg further up north. Today he lives in Båstad at the base of Swedens longest sandbeach. All throughout his life he´s been into good music and it came natural to him already in his young years to play and write on the piano of his childhood home. Most of the songs on the album Cales Corin wrote came to life between the years 1987-1997. Since -97 he´s been busy with his ”civilian” job, and lately he hasn´t had enough time for the piano and writing. Without saying, Göran Edman, the Swedish superb vocalist, mostly known for his works with John Norum, Yngwie Malmsteen, Glory Abbot and Street Talk, is really awesome AOR/Westcoast singer at the same time. Håkan Mjörnheim produced the whole album and also played guitar and keyboards. It might be also interesting for you to find that Lorraine Feather wrote lyrics of several songs for this project. The album is opened by the song called "Good Luck Charm", very beautiful and dramatic Westcoast tune with harmony vocals. Early days funky Toto-vein "Never Again" and "Damage Is Done" follow. Then, beautiful "Keeping You On My Mind" comes....

This is a one of the best production i heard for a long time, Corin & Edman have done a classic Westcoast record. 10 perfect songs in harmony with lyrics and music. I try to get some favorite track but it hard to find one, all tracks are so perfect. You'll find musicians as Håkan Mjörnheim and Sam Bengtsson among others. If you are a big fan of Westcoast music, this is a must have in your collection. Highly Recommended.

This is an exiting Swedish duo featuring Claes Corin and Göran Edman. Their debut consists of pure westcoast music in the classic style, a little like Crossfade, which also featured Göran Edman on vocals. Like always the vocals are stunning and the songwriting doesn’t lack anything compared to the big ones on this genre. There are no weak moments here and every lover of well produced, top quality west coast, such as Toto, Chicago, Crossfade or Ambrosia to name a few, will have endless hours of heavenly blessed musical experiences listening to this album. Göran delivers as he always does and all we have to do is to buy it. It will light up your life during these darker days of the year. Fantastic!
