quite a gloomy album in some respects (I believe he died very shortly after this? He is dead but I could be wrong about the time) but anyhow, at the same time.. it's a really good listen on rare occassions and I would not call it a depressing album. Well of Lonliness... cool track right the way through with super vocals/ guitar solo etc. Up all night is another good one, bound to please, play the game. The album has a nice classic rock'n'roll/surf/even hawaiian/lounge music kind of feeling going on and it's not your usual westcoast affair while definately it has touches. Quite rare currently, but usually can be grabbed for 10 to 20 u.s. dollars on ebay or elsewhere. It's one I kept cause I found it was a really great cd on certain occassions. A talented songwriter
Nick De Caro passed away on March 4th, 1992 at the age of 53. Sad but true.
