This album and Inside Job are my favorite albums by Don Henley. Some of the best songs on this album are Dirty Laundry, Talking To The Moon, Lilah and Nobody´s Business, but I like the whole album.
If you expect sunshiney-day-songs maybe "Peaceful easy feeling" alike : keep off! To me this LP came out as a big disappointment way back some 25 years ago, since you don't get any Eagles music apart from the beautiful "Talking to the moon". You'll get half bread Rock 'n Roll a la Bob Seger in his worst moments ("Nobody's business", "Them and us"), boring ballads ("Long way home", "Lilah") or Reggae tunes ("Unclouded day"). It's quite obvious that Don tried to take a different route, but his first leap ended sort of half way. He did better next time.
