2 LP's On One CD (Leah Kunkel & I Run With Trouble).
The version I got wasn't japanese, it was a UK 'Ariola records' 2 albums on 1 cd, but I know there is a japan version of both (although maybe not a 2 on 1). Somebody told me the 2 on 1 is best, somebody else told me that the japan individual albums are better so I don't know but the point is I did'nt really like these albums much. They sounded talented but were not to my personal taste. Still, you might like them, cause most westcoast/AOR fans I talked to think they are excellent, even if the music isn't full 'westcoast', but just with some 'westcoast' touches
often a problem with the so called japanes releases. I got these tracks from an excellent LP - I took this LP went in a studio with all these Mac and Steinway Software - mixed it up again...and now I got a very good item in my CD collection.
I got her albums on the 2006 2on1 cd release and I did'nt really like them that much. Even with many repeated listens, It's just not my personal taste though I did come to take a shine to the odd song and she has a very good voice. Toto are involved but the album sounds more like stephen bishop (who is also involved). I remember reading complaints on amazon that the cd issue was created from vinyl masters and sounded poor sometimes. Yet at the same time I was sure I remembered The webmaster of the excellent ACM Japan site saying the remastering was great. Anyway, I had no problem with the sound and actually thought it sounded very good.
