It was a real pleasure when singer/songwriter/guitarist and Ambrosia mastermind David Pack finally released a new solo album in 2003. The title of the US version “Unreleased, Unrefined Songs In The Raw 1985-1985” is quite an understatement. This isn’t a demo collection with poor sound quality for hardcore fans. The album offers magnificent songs with a modern and vibrant production. Highlights are “Natalie’s Song”, “Deliver Me”, the rocking “Light My World” and the heart-warming “I Love U Enough (To Tell U Goodbye)”. One of the strongest AOR/WC releases in recent years.
