What would you expect from a CD on which ANDY TIMMONS (Ex DANGER DANGER) and TIM MINER are the main musicians besides singer/ songwriter GREG RUSSELL? Yes, this a unusual musical mix. There’s AOR (“There’s Still Time”), soul pop (“Trust Me”) and Westcoast (“Face The Wind”). But all is held together by a major league production, excellent backing vocals (à la MICHAEL MCDONALD), very tasty guitar work and solos throughout and Mr RUSSELL’s excellent songwriting. If you’re into JON GIBSON or TIM MINER you should definitely check this obsure gem out!
