Every tune is fantastic, great production to Jay Graydon, great producer= great musicians and composers. Chorus by Bill Champlin, Richard Page,El DeBarge, Jason Scheff, Peter BEckett,Tommy Funderburk, guitars by JAy Graydon, Steve Lukather,Michael Landau etc... All fantastic, AOR album.
This is the ultimate Westcoast album..this is the second "Westcoast" album Kenny recorded. Fantastic production by Jay Graydon and some (my personal favorites) of the best Westcoast musicians: Robbie Buchanan,Michael Landau,Bill Champlin, and so forth. It has that wonderful mid-80s sheen similar to "Chicago 18", "Sergio Mendes Confetti", and "Mr Mister Welcome to the Real World". The songs are memorable and melodic. This is music to listen to when cruising down a beach strip looking at the neon lights. This is a rather hard to find cd (I found the 1990 printing at a used cd store) but can probably be found on ebay (trust me it's worth the price).
With an even more impressive line-up of session cats than its predecessors Kenny continued to record impressive Westcoast AOR. This time around Jay Graydon was the producer for most of the tracks and he gave them his signiture guitar sound, just listen to “This Love We Share” or “Time For Love”. We also get to hear Steve Lukather, Michael Landau, Dann Huff, Robbie Buchanan, Carlos Vega, Michael Omartian, John Robinson, Neil Stubenhaus, Bill Champlin and Jason Scheff who laid down tracks for songs of Randy Goodrum, Peter Beckett, Jonathan Cain and Michael Bolton.
