High class Solo CD from the Singer and bassist of Chicago, really Songwriting with first-class Musicians well-functioning. A good Mixture from groovy Songs and great Ballads. To recommend very much.
"Fade To Black" is pure HEAVEN. An all-round pretty cool CD! Superb guitar work from TIM PIERCE. "Mah Jong" is a funky little groove with Bobby Kimball on backing and add-libs.
This album is simply great. It could easily be compared to Richard Page's solo album "Shelter Me". I just loooove John Keane's drumming. The songs and melodies are so strong, and Scheff is THE MAN on vocals!!!
