This guy gotta have to be a "genius "!Is there an instrument he canīt play ?? The songs on this album have so many faces . When You think he canīt take the song any further you find another bridge that leads the song in a new direction and another level.The arrangement on -Born To Take The Fall- is absolutely amazing .The acoustic guitars on -Serious-are so beautifully executed.And above all this..like it wasnīt enough...this guy can really sing ! Time for another album Shem ??

Great CD from Shem, "Feel It" and "Serious" are excellent. What a voice, this man could sing the Phonebook and make it sound interesting! So C`mon Shem, this 2ND CD is long overdue!
Here is another underrated gem from 2001. With a terrific songwriting, a voice that is a mix between Kenny Loggins and Richard Page, and a style that is uniquely his own, this is an acoustic album like you will have never heard before. Can't wait for another, Shem (he's the tour bassist for Kenny Loggins, by the way)!
Truly a genius. His voice evokes Kenny Loggins, Kenny Rankin (not Rogers) and Christopher Cross. Of course he did work with Loggins over the past decade. I know it is his ambition to be an opera singer, but I still would like him to do more pop style work. Great work Maestro von Schorek!
