Great, great - if you like Eric Tagg - buy it!
I bought this album on CD Baby a couple of weeks ago. I frankly think it's a good record. I guess the singer has a big potential talent, maybe not completely expressed, but I find his voice really interesting, with a strong influence of Michael Sembello, Eric Tagg and perhaps James Taylor here and there. Songs are inspired and well produced, so I'm happy with it.
Not that good really. In my opinion ,one of those albums that in no way reaches the standard given the hype of the album.Let me explain my thoughts.Marco knows the handicraft no doubt about it.I only believe that the songs should have benefitted by better leadvocals. The lead singing is really poor ( track 2 for example ) sometimes and a bit out of pitch and not confident enough.Without good vocals you can´t rescue the best of material. And this becomes very obvious on this album
