This is a very good album. To me it sounds a little like early Doobie Brothers and Creedence Clearwater Revival but the sound is Westcoast music.
I bought this album on vinyl back in 1979 and I thought it was great then and it still is, so now I am trying to find on CD
This song (Elena) brings back a lot of great memories.
The first time I head Elena was around 1980 in a music shop on a TV. I remembered the title & it took me 25 years to finally get the record. Only when i ended up buying a music shop. Expensive record.
PLEASE,if someone still owns this record can you make a vidieo and put it on Youtube.THANKS
Was in the studio with the guys when they cut this album. The good old days Lewis Kaplan and Nat. Marc with that wonderful voice. Miss the days in Malibu.
Wow! I have searched the web high and low for info on these guys and have never found anything until now. I am actually listening to the album right now on CD recorded from vinyl. My fav's are Never again and Elena, I first heard them on the radio at KSAK [a college radio station] at Mt San Antonio Community College in Walnut California growing up as a teenger in Southern California. They were the classic westcoast sound that I miss so much from those days. Does anyone know where they are now (is Marc still recording??) Thanks for all of your comments! Greg
