Wow....what can I say ! I have tried not to listen to the teasers just because I wanted to experience the songs and the album as a whole.Today I bought the CD .This coming friday.march 3rd, I will hear the band in Stockholm. I hurry home not knowing what to expect.I put the CD in my CD player and what happens?? The album title cut"Falling In Between" hits me like an uppercut and literally knocks me to the floor! The aggressive guitar from Luke drives the song forward and the instrumental parts of the song are absolutely amazing. And I can´t remember when I last heard Kimballs voice this sharp and in such great shape .Next is "Dying On My Feet" . What great vocal harmonies. These guys have had a blast doing this! The horn arrangement.... ! (hey Pankow...write one like this for Chicago aswell)"Bottom Of Your Soul" is a true classic Toto song built around a great percussive rhythm track .And followed by such a catchy refrain that stucks in your head at once.Great vocals by Joseph Williams on this one.The voices of Joe and Luke really match great together.Great piano and acoustic guitar part."King Of The World"...man ! They have really done it this time...the song goes into a great refrain that is followed by an wonderful instrumental part and the back to refrain again.-"Hooked"- Yeah!!!! The refrain is thrown right in your face.SMACK,didn´t see that one coming ! ! Great guitar solo LUKE ! "Simple Life" 2 minutes and 22 seconds of pure magic.Listen to this one in your headphones...LOUD !!!!! . "Taint Your World" TOTO ROCKS..I guess that sums it up ! "Let It Go" Greg´s vocal on this is nothing but an absolutely knockout. What a voice!!A true classic Toto song with an refrain so beautiful that it hurts.Luke delivers an great solo that is followed by an typical TOTO:ish instrumental part. This is a KILLER !! "Spiritual Man". great track by Paich, love his voice on this one.And finally "No End In Sight.I am so amazed by Kimballs vocals on this album, and he singing on the closing track is great. I´m SO IMPRESSED ! They have really done it this time. This will run in CD for a long ,long time.As a humble listener I say- I´m proud of you guys !! -I hope that the title of the final cut will be the guiding star for this band for the future -NO END IN SIGHT-

6 years passed since their all original album “Mindfields”. Now you will have the brand-new original materials studio recording album of TOTO as one of the first priority CD you should buy in 2006. The band is now welcoming the new member Greg Phillinganes on keyboards, together with fellow keyboard player David Paich. And you will be pleased to hear the album is done also with Steve Porcaro. In addition, some special guests are featured on the cd: Ian Anderson, the CHICAGO horn section with Jason Scheff, L. Shankar, Lenny Castro, Tom Scott, and former lead singer, Joseph Williams. The new album is also going to offer many surprises to the fans.

I didn't like this album at first, but when I recently put it in my CD-player again, it kicked ass!! Really a classic Toto-album!

This is the last studio album from this awesome group and when you hear this jewel you can only regret that Luke ego lead to the split of this band.
