Your comments about this record:

Brock Walsh is best known for his 1983 album "Dateline:Tokyo" and his songwriting for best selling artists like Celine Dion or Christina Aguilera. After "Dateline:Tokyo" was re-released in Japan, he followed up with this collection of previously unreleased material and self-covers which he recorded in his home studio: The Moon Room. This group of soft, mellow pop songs is sparely instrumented and weaved with masterful, sometimes quite personal lyrics.

Brock Walsh is very good songwriter and close relationship with Andrew Gold and Karla Bonoff. You may be aware that he is the member of the project "Brothertime" with Trevor Gordon and Michael Sembello. We had to wait for the next Brock Walsh solo materials till the CD single only for Japanese market in 1989 "Little Shiba" c/w "My Lonely One" as the TV Commercial song for the beer "Coors". The Opening tune on this CD "Blessed" is self-cover version of the tune known by Christina Aguilera on her debut album. Track 2 "Lullaby In Blue" is also self-cover version of the tune originally performed by Bette Midler on her 1998 album "Bathhouse Betty".

Why isn't Brock Walsh a performing artist??!! These songs really the genious of this man. He sings as good as any other famous westcoast singer - even better! Brock, keep it up!

I want another record from this Irish poet!
