I own a 45 of "One Love Too Late" and it's as infectious as it can get. It's got a driving beat and piano, and killer power-chord rhythm and nice jazzy/r&b muted guitars. Patty's vocals soar with power and feeling. She's more than just a pretty face on the album cover and there's definetly more to this woman than her soap stint on Y&R. She's a power-house vocalist that can belt them out with the best of them ala Miss Benatar. She rocks and yet this woman can make your heart melt with a nice torchy ballad. Patty Weaver is definetly an under-rated lady that's a first-class act. She's not hard on the eyes either. She could easily give Pia Zadora a run for her money. But the songs really work on this album and with the top-notch L.A. session people the arrngements really shine thru!
I loved this album. I still have it.
